The Company is promoted and managed by Mr. Hemant Apte who is the Managing director of the Company

He has held several key positions including General Manager,Siemens-Automation Products and Systems. With 22 years of industry experience, Mr. Hemant Apte is actively associated with many industry associations. He holds a Bachelor in Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Regional college of Engineering (VRCE) now, VNIT. in1986  and a Masters Degree in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies JBIMS(Mumbai).
